Oscar has upped his game when it comes to Delay Mode.™ He starts by winding around our ankles and Ghidora-squeaking until we pick him up. When that eventually fails, he runs to the door and flops on the door mat to blockade us. In this instance he was delaying Brian from going back to work after lunch.
He’s not wrong. My soul dies a little every time I have to step over him and go out that door, but go out I must for the greater good (the greater good). At least we know the door is well guarded until we return.
