If you know me at all, you know I love to play video games. If you know me really well, you know I love to constantly create new characters. This is known as “rerolling,” and I’m not sure why I find the process so appealing. Maybe it’s because I can try again with more information and do better on the next go.
I bring this up because the new year has been on my mind more than it would normally be thanks to the hodgepodge of horror that was 2020. I feel fortunate and grateful to have come out of that year so well and I want 2021 to just rock. So does Oscar, seen here in his Mutated Crescent Pose atop the burrito blanket.
I don’t know what this year holds any more than the next person, but I feel good about it, and I’m going to run with that feeling. Let’s all take care of ourselves and each other as best we can. From our fuzzy family to yours, Happy New Year!
